The Fourth Ghanaian Hungarian Business Forum
The Embassy of Hungary in Ghana in collaboration with the Ghanaian-Hungarian Business Council (GHUNBC), Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA), Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) organised a 16 member delegation of Businessmen and women for the 4th Ghanaian Hungarian business Forum in Budapest, Hungary from 21st to 24th November 2018. The delegation was led by Honorable Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Awal, Minister for Business Development.
The forum, with the theme “Enhancing Ghana and Hungary partnerships through Agric Business” was focused on the Agricultural Sector. The Forum was held at Grassalkovich Royal Palace, Gödöllő with the presence of 20 Hungarian Companies. It began with a welcome speech from Dr. Sándor Farkas, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Hungary who mentioned that Hungary is open to exchanging knowledge and developing strong partnerships with Ghana.
Honourable Dr Ibrahim Mohammed Awal, Minister for Business Development also gave an overview of Ghana’s economy and stated that Ghana is keen on finding partners in Trade and Development from Hungary.
